Your YouTube submission should be 1 or 2 songs containing clips of recent material. Please do not send entire performance sets or links to websites or other media. Please no edits or compilations of songs.

 

This application is extended to Michigan residents or strongly-connected Michigan based groups, including artists from neighboring Toledo and Windsor. We are a regional festival with a non-negotiable artist fee and no funds provided for food, lodging, or travel.

 

There are spots for big bands, combos/small ensembles, vocal duos, and solo pianists. We highly encourage new jazz artists to apply.

 

There is also the ‘Future of Jazz’ stage for groups whose bandleaders under are 22 years old or younger. Young artists, college and high school age may apply to perform. 

 

We will notify all applicants in late March or April and will subsequently publish our schedule when all artists have been confirmed. Please wait for us to contact you for results.
